I was determined to stay here after seeing photos and I don’t regret it. I wanted to be away from typical Tulum and since we had a car rental this was an ideal location. It’s pretty close to the cluster of cenotes (Dos Ojos, Sac Actun, Tankah, etc), and of course offers its own. The property manager, Yadaira, was on-site during the day and the gate guard was opening the gates for us to exit and enter before we could even blink. Water pressure could be better but AC’s worked and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed but definitely not equipped to serve a Thanksgiving meal or anything like that; it fit our needs and expectations perfectly. We stayed in Casa Celosia.

I absolutely recommend this special property. It became one of my unforgettable stay in my life. I came from Japan as a solo traveler. They warmly welcomed me and I was able to feel comfort. I love the people here very much. Wonderful hospitality service, and supports with care. I definitely would love to come back to Mexico, mainly for the purpose to visit K NAJ again. The residential property is extremely luxurious. I have been stayed many top hotels in the world, but K NAJ is the best. Their Cenote is very beautiful and private access. I really enjoyed swimming with cute fishes For your dinner, wonderful chef will cook in front of you at your kitchen. I had a marvelous Christmas dinner course. This place is absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Tulum area. The rooms have been designed beautifully. I also want to say a huge thank you to the owner and the workers who were extremely helpful and kind and made our stay just perfect. We are already planning our trip to return here!
This place is truly a gem. Hard to find, but situated in the jungle with its own private cenote. Tiny home community that’s interconnected and absolutely mind blowing beautiful. The woman who checked us in was more than accommodating and friendly, and helped us with every situation we needed accommodation for. It is an absolute must experience.
